Welcome to Algorithmic Robotics Laboratory
ARL research focuses on control and motion planning for various systems, from molecules to nonholonomic locomotion mechanisms. In particular, ARL research includes characterization of geodesics for autonomous vehicles, numerical roadmap algorithm, numerical optimal control, and Pareto-optimal multiple robot coordination. ARL is directed by Prof. Chitsaz and is located in the Maccabees Building on the Wayne State University campus.
